Controller and contact
www.numistamps.com is managed by Riccardo Dal Ferro, a private individual without a VAT number. Contact: dalferroriccardo@gmail.com.
Browsing the catalogue
There are no accounts, newsletters, subscription forms or requests for visitor details. Page addresses, catalogue filters and searches are sent to the server to display the results.
Technical logs
The server records the IP address, date and time, requested page and technical browser information to operate and protect the website. Proxy access logs rotate weekly and are deleted after four weeks.
Browser storage
The localStorage key numistamps-language stores your chosen language (it, en, fr, de) until you clear browser data. The sessionStorage keys numistamps-management-selection and numistamps-management hold legacy tab management preferences, grant no editing access and expire when the tab closes. Filters and searches are included in page addresses and sent to the server during navigation.
External images and links
Photos may load from i.ebayimg.com, sharing your IP address and technical connection information with that provider. Marketplace and Odontometro links open separate services with their own privacy notices. No subscriptions or automatic notifications are active.
Contact and requests
For information about technical data and to exercise applicable rights, contact dalferroriccardo@gmail.com. If you email us, message details are used to reply. Do not send passwords or payment details. See Cookies and browser storage for further information.
Usage statistics
We use aggregate statistics to understand how the website is used and improve it. The website counter stores daily totals for openings, pages, categories, language, public item IDs and clicks to shops. Clicks are neither sales nor distinct people. This database does not store IP addresses or visitor identifiers.
Umami is also active on stats.numistamps.com, separately from Odontometro. It receives language, page type and public item ID, without the original title, full address, search terms or referrer. The IP address and browser characteristics are processed to produce statistics on visits, devices and approximate location; the IP address is not stored in the statistics. We use no statistics cookies, do not combine these data with other data and do not create advertising profiles.
Umami is installed on Riccardo Dal Ferro’s server hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy. Aruba provides the hosting infrastructure. Only the controller manages and views the statistics: we do not use Umami Cloud, give others access or transfer these data outside the European Union.
Umami statistics are kept for 24 months and then deleted. No automatic backups of the Umami database are created. Proxy access logs, which may contain IP addresses, are separate from statistics and are deleted after four weeks.
The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in understanding the aggregate use of his website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). These minimised statistics are used only by the controller under the Italian data protection authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021, so no consent banner is used for them.
You may object to this processing by contacting the controller at the address given above. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop both counters. To exclude this browser, open Exclude this browser from statistics; the local umami.disabled preference remains until browser data is cleared or Enable counting again is opened. The catalogue remains available with statistics blocked.
